New hires can be onboarded through our refresher program, which includes the same role-based materials used at launch. Some retraining is included as part of your support, provided it fits within the agreed training hours. We also encourage your existing team to help bring new staff up to speed. If extensive additional training is required, it can be arranged for an added fee.
