Training is included as part of onboarding. We deliver role-based curricula tailored to each user type — providers learn documentation, imaging, and tasks; MOAs learn the inbox, faxes, and scheduling; admins learn roles and settings. Sessions are offered live (virtual or onsite), with recorded micro-lessons and printable quick-start guides for ongoing reference. Before go-live, we run scenario-based proficiency checks to confirm your team is ready.
