Jhanvi Solanki is Vice President of Clinical Programs at Humber River Health, one of North America's most advanced digital hospitals, where she oversees the Surgical, Women's and Children's, Dialysis, and Infection Control programs. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing and an Executive MBA, and brings roughly fifteen years of progressive leadership across acute and ambulatory care.

A recognized force for innovation and system disruption, she has led major advances in surgical capacity — expanding the robotics program, implementing surgical navigation technology, and rolling out a high-efficiency throughput model that improved access to timely surgery while lowering cost. She has also championed remote-monitoring partnerships with long-term care to reduce emergency visits and admissions, and cross-hospital collaborations to recover surgical wait times across the GTA.

Solanki anchors the health-system-partner side of Own Health's mission. Building capacity beyond hospital walls requires people who know how to operationalize change inside a hospital and connect it outward — and her record of turning ideas into measurable operational results, grounded in a high-reliability approach, is exactly the discipline our model needs to scale responsibly.
