Dr. Nicholas Power is a urologic oncology and general urology surgeon and an Associate Professor at Western University's Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, based at Victoria Hospital, London Health Sciences Centre. He completed medical school and his urology residency at Dalhousie University, became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada, and undertook a urologic oncology fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, training in robotic, laparoscopic, and open techniques.

His clinical focus is the multimodal treatment of kidney and testis cancer. His research spans big-data and ICES-based outcomes work, surgical education and the design of complex oncology procedures, and translational science including biomarker development and personalized therapy — a body of work cited thousands of times.
