Dr. George Zivkovic is a full-time Emergency Physician at Trillium Health Partners, Mississauga Hospital, where he serves as Division Head and Service Medical Director for the Emergency Department. He holds a particular interest in meeting patient needs by improving physician productivity and departmental efficiency, taking an outcome-based management approach that uses real hospital and physician-level metrics to raise the standard of care.

Alongside his emergency work, he provides conscious sedation and anesthesia for outpatient endoscopy clinics, and he is a lecturer at the University of Toronto, where he is consistently involved in teaching and supervising medical students and residents.
