We are changing lower limb preservation care
Our approach focuses on treatment and education for patients with lower limb wounds - ulcers related to peripheral arterial disease, venous insufficiency, and diabetes. We build effective programs to help patients manage these wounds at home and connect to better care.

Education
Your lower limb health starts with an understanding of the factors responsible for complications. We will provide you with strategies to prevent wounds, when to seek care from your own health team, and best practices in wound care.
Monitoring
Lower limb wounds require diligent follow up throughout the healing process. After the wound has healed, surveillance becomes important in the prevention of recurrence.
Treatment
A collaborative approach with your other health care providers and community clinic partnerships is key to patient-centered care and lower limb preservation.
